Design the foundations of an industry leading product
I joined Finalcad at a pivotal moment in its strategic evolution, as the company transitioned from a sales-led to a product-led approach. This shift required a complete overhaul of the digital ecosystem and workflows, culminating in the development of a unified and innovative solution: Finalcad One.
As the company's first product designer, I worked closely with our head of design to structure and drive this strategic transformation by putting design at the forefront. Working from initial key screens designed by an external design studio, I contributed to led the end-to-end process from the early stage : from early research and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders, to delivering Hi-Fi designs and finally testing it with end users.
This work was carried out in close collaboration with a small group of talented individuals who were behind the development of the product. Together, we transformed these initial concepts into a tangible, fully functional solution.
